With the success of international student recruitment comes the need for increased resources to provide quality services to students upon arrival and throughout their course of study.
The University of Windsor's unique "Soft-Landing" arrival program, "W.I.S.E." employment program, and "V.I.S.A" volunteer program (please see our website for details), are a few International Student Centre (ISC) initiatives that have gained national recognition, yet remain under-funded. International students are also ineligible for many of the available scholarships and bursaries because of residency requirement, therefore implementing both entrance and in-course scholarships specifically designed for international students is a top priority of the ISC.
