Joint degrees
For joint degrees where the two subjects fall within different fee rates (for example English and Media Studies), fees will be charged at the higher rate. For degrees with a minor component, such as Psychology with American Studies, fees will be set according to the fee level of the major subject.
Year abroad/sandwich years
The fee for a year abroad has yet to be confirmed. We will publish the fees in 2011 but can advise that they will be half the fee for that year for a student spending a full year abroad in 2011/12. For students who take a part-year abroad, the full fee is liable. No tuition fees are paid at the host institution.
